Helping others get healthy,  both physically and emotionally is what I am deeply passionate about!

I believe the Lord has a purpose for each one of us. A purpose that honors and glorifies God, loves others, and fulfills our thirst for more.

After a 23 year career in finance, I launched out to pursue a career in Health and Wellness. My desire for encouraging others to live a healthy and purposeful lifestyle started many years ago and with God’s grace and support, I am finally living out what I absolutely love!

This transition has been both exhilarating and scary all at the same time! It seems unimaginable changing careers at this stage of life…. but when God says it’s time - It’s Time!

I love sharing God’s truth, hanging out with my daughter, abstract painting, early crisp mornings, trees, leaves, the smell of rain, and pretty much everything - Health!

My joy is living my life Abiding in the One True Vine!
